When starting a new diet it's true it's about discipline, but it's also up to you to be creative so that you can make it work for you. Part of creativity is finding recipes and ways to make your favorite meals but still stay on your diet. Since the keto diet focuses on eating low carbs and eating foods that are high in fat and protein, you'll want to eat food that doesn't have a lot of carbs. After your body is in ketosis (a period where you cut out carbs and your body begins to burn fat, instead) you'll begin to lose weight and feel better overall – there are so many health benefits to being on the ketogenic diet!

As you just learned on the video, there are three alternatives you can use to create a delicious bread. They are almond flour, coconut flour, and a “secret” mixture that includes pork. It's all about using alternative cooking staples to keep the carbs down while still creating a base so so you can make some delicious bread.
Most of these recipes still contain carbs, so be wary of that. Be sure to count your carbs if you're trying to stay under a certain amount per day. On the keto diet it varies per person, but usually, you want to stay underneath 30 grams of carbs per day to stay in ketosis.
